I have to agree the SinuPulse is the best value. I have been using pulsating irrigation for years beginning with the water pik. I have used the grossan product too which is a slightly better water pik but both break down prematurely and only offer a pulsating rinse. The SinuPulse can be used both as a pulsating spray which I use to irrigate with homeopathic products like Xylitol and even baby shampoo which has been shown to be useful to fight an infection. It’s great because you can target the rinse. It does not just go up one nostril and out the other. The SinuPulse also has a regular pulsating rinse action which I have found to be so much better than the low cost irrigators like neti pots and nasal wash bottles. I recommend the SinuPulse highly.
